Position Overview
Firefly Hollow Holistic Wellness is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our established, practitioner-first wellness center. Open since 2013, Firefly Hollow was created in response to burnout, low support, and high-volume corporate massage environments. We offer a professional, no-drama, collaborative workplace focused on sustainability, continuing education, and caring for the caregivers.

Requirements
Massage Therapists at Firefly Hollow are responsible for providing high-quality, client-centered therapeutic massage while supporting a respectful, team-oriented clinic environment.
Client Care
- Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs, goals, and health history
- Utilize appropriate techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and modality-specific approaches within scope of practice
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times
Day to Day Tasks
- Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after sessions
- Clean and sanitize tables, tools, cupping sets, hot stones, and equipment according to clinic protocols
- Prepare client comforts (linens, bolsters, heat, hydration/tea as applicable)
- Laundry & Supplies
- Participate in clinic laundry processes, including washing, drying, and folding linens as scheduled
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
- Complete SOAP notes and client documentation accurately and on time
- Follow clinic procedures for intake forms, charting, and required paperwork
- Communicate scheduling needs or concerns with front desk or management clearly
Team & Culture
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners and staff
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and team member
- Contribute to a no-drama, supportive team culture
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and required check-ins as scheduled
Qualifications & Requirements Required
- Current Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with therapeutic or clinical massage
- Interest in trauma-informed or nervous-system-aware care
- Willingness to continue learning and expanding skills
