Description

We are looking for a skilled, Ohio Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team for 2026. The ideal candidate focuses on client-centered care and prioritizes their individual needs. Silver medal winner of the Vindy's Choice Award 2025!

Responsibilities:
Provide professional massages based on client preferences.
Conduct initial client consultations to review medical history, identify tension areas, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Ensure massage rooms are clean and sanitized.
Assist by contributing to shared on-site laundry and cleaning duties.
Maintaining a tranquil environment.

Compensation:
Scale your income based on the schedule you choose to set.
These pay rates are dependent on session length.
$30 per 30 minute session
$55 per 60 minute session
$80 per 90 minute session
Plus 100% of all client gratuities.

Role Specifications:
Independent Contractor (1099)
Set your own hours (full schedule autonomy).
Zero monthly overhead or rent required.
Must provide own equipment/supplies. A standard stationary table is provided for use. 

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:
Active Ohio state license in good standing.
Communication, empathy, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Perform light administrative duties including scheduling and payment transactions.
