The situation is ideal for someone who only wants to work 2-3 days a week while cutting down on overhead, or for someone who wants to build their own practice with less financial risk. 

The space is small, but big enough and comfortable for what we do.
Rental opportunity includes:
Use of the room, equipment, website, marketing, and my business phone number. 

A seasoned, self-employed therapist who is looking for a space long-term is ideal, but other situations are welcome if the fit is right.

Requirements

The office is available Thursday, Friday and Sunday every week.
Must use your own linen, oil, tools, have liability insurance, and an active license in the state of Connecticut. According to Connecticut law, you would need to add my LLC to your liability insurance.
