Description

The Court of Appeals of Indiana is accepting applications for a term law clerk for Judge Rudolph R. Pyle. The term clerk position is a two-year commitment, with a start date of August 2026. Duties and responsibilities include working with the judge and co-clerks on legal research and writing. Applicants should be licensed to practice law or have taken the most recent bar exam.

Applicants should have strong academic qualifications and writing skills and have participated in law review, moot court, or similar experience. The current starting salary for law clerks on the Court of Appeals is $87,733, and State of Indiana benefits apply.
