Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Assign duties to housekeeping staff, schedule shifts, and train new employees.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms, public areas, and back of house for cleanliness and ensure adherence to standards.
• Guest relations: Address guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Performance Evaluations: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments like front desk and maintenance.
• Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and supply inventory.
• Problem Solving: Handle housekeeping emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
