Description

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This candidate should have a strong background in applied behavior analysis. Experience in the functional assessment process is preferred but not required. This is a new company, so this role comes with the likelihood of an administrative or executive track within the clinical oversight of the services provided.

Kalamazoo, Michigan & Frankenmuth, Michigan

Responsibilities

-Conduct a behavioral assessment and write the behavior treatment plan addressing maladaptive behavior
-Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
-Supervise target behaviors and treatment fidelity data collection.
-Provide training, guidance, and supervision to direct care workers and other support staff.
-Reinforce and nurture the positive culture of the home and among staff.

Requirements

-Proven experience in patient care, specifically working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
-Experience conducting behavior assessments is preferred.
-Familiarity with medical documentation practices related to behavioral health services.
-Previous experience working with adults is highly desirable.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
