Overview

Shadow Valley Country Club is located in the Northwest Arkansas city of Rogers. Northwest Arkansas consistently ranks as one of the top 20 best places to live in the US and is experiencing a boom in growth. NWA features the corporate headquarters of Walmart, Sams Club, Tyson and JB Hunt and is becoming a retail hotbed. Shadow Valley is a gated, private community that currently only offers membership to residents of the community and requires residents to maintain at lease a social membership. The property currently has about 700 homesites with an additional 200 currently being developed. This is a fantastic opportunity at a club that is experiencing rapid growth! Average approximate age of our membership is about 40 years old.

Ability to manage all aspects of the daily operation of the golf shop. Candidate needs to have a strong background in teaching, opportunity to surpass $10,000 in lesson revenue. Candidate must also be proficient in fitting golf clubs and ordering custom merchandise in a timely matter. Candidate will also be responsible for scheduling inside and outside staff. This position will provide the right person a great opportunity!

Experience Required

PGA Member or Minimum Level 2

Essential Responsibilities

Managing the day to day of the Golf Operation

Merchandising ordering, stocking and displaying

Scheduling and running golf outings, Unknown Golf tournament software

Work closely with Director of Golf to ensure standards are being met

Experience with Foresight GC Quad and Trackman a plus

Help promote and grow the junior golf program
