Description

Our company has two hand therapy clinics in southern Oregon, one in Medford and one in Grants Pass. Our team of therapists treat various orthopedic-related condition involving the upper extremity, including bone, joint, tendon, and nerve injuries treated conservatively and post surgery. We do a lot of hands-on therapy, fabricate orthoses, utilize pre-fab splints, use various modalities, and follow hand therapy protocols to help our patients return to function and achieve their goals. We work closely hand-in-hand with a team of hand and orthopedic surgeons, PA's, NP's, and MA's. Our dedicated group of therapists include CHT's, OT's, and COTA's. 

Requirements

OT/CHT. Experience in hand therapy in the orthopedic setting is preferred, but will train the right candidate. A full-time position, either 4 days 10 hours or 5 days 8 hours. Working with a team of therapists. Working closely with surgeons. Orthoses fabrication: immobilization, static-progressive, dynamic, serial casting. Hands-on manual ROM, edema, scar, desensitization. Use of various modalities, US, NMES.
