Overview

Support the daily operations of the golf shop by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with retail and range ball sales, booking and scheduling lessons, and helping maintain an organized and wel- stocked shop. This role is key in creating a welcoming environment for customers while supporting management and staff.

Experience Required

Golf Shop expirience preferred but not neccesary.

Essential Responsibilities

- Customer service:

• Greet and assist customers including answering questions
• Handle customer concerns
• Have generalized knowledge of the game and services and products we offer

- Sales an Retail Support

• Process transactions
• Promote merchandise
• Stay knowledgeable on products and servces offered
• Assist customers with custom orders.

- Merchandise and Inventory

• Stock shleves and organize displays
• Assist in recieving product
• Ensure the shop remains clean, neat and organized

- Outside Operations

• Pick the driving range, and perfrom Clean picks on neccesary days
• Bring the picked balls to the machine for washing and storage
• Maintain the practice area (return buckets, tees etc.)
• Hand pick necesary areas including surrounding holes.
