We are seeking a passionate Superintendent with expertise in agronomy, leadership, and environmental stewardship. Your job will be to ensure our course remains in top condition for players. This is a full-time, year-round position. Salary is based on experience with a range of $55,000 - $75,000 .

Educational Requirements
Associates Degree in Turf Management or similar is preferred.

Assistant Superintendents are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
• 3-5 years turf grass management experience required
• Supervisory, coaching and staff development experience required
• Experience in producing excellent playing conditions
• A two-year college degree is preferred but not required
• GCSAA Member preferred but not required
• Spray Tech Certified and Irrigation Knowledge
• Knowledge of local, federal, and state laws and regulations affecting management of golf course operations.
• Must have a strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business
• Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be highly organized and efficient with a high attention to detail
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have basic computer skills
