Global Gov. & Integration Counsel; nVent Mgmt Co (St. Louis Park, MN). Hybrid: Must wk in office at least 4 days/wk. Take prom. role in global gov. matters. Assist w/ co. disclosures & filings. Serve as legal integration lead for M&A. Must have JD or equiv & at least 5 yrs exp as Lawyer, Legal Specialist or rltd in legal dept or law firm. Req. law license in MN. Must have 5 yrs exp w/: leading complex, cross-funct. prjcts; int’l corp. secretarial proc., global legal entity mngmnt & driv. gov. best practices; support M&A proc. & integration, incl. as key integration resource or leader; demonstrable exp w/: corp fin proc, incl. bond issuances; utilizing AI to drive responsible AI use, incl compliance & risk mitigation.
