Facility Information:
Beau Pre Country Club is an 18 hole semi- private facility located in historic Natchez, Mississippi. The Mark Young designed course opened to rave reviews in 1999 and has hosted numerous state golf association and PGA section events. Situated on the banks of The Second Creek, the course features a 90 foot sheer clay bluff, vast canyons with feeder creeks, abundant wildlife, rolling terrain, and expansive sand areas. Beau Pre" measures 6,935 yards from the longest tees and features a vast practice facility with putting and chipping greens.

Beau Pre' Country Club offers tennis courts and swimming pool along with clubhouse, bar and grille, and golf shop.

Position Description:
The General Manager/Head Golf Professional will manage all aspects of the golf operation including budgeting, staffing, operations, and performance.

• Promote and direct daily play and all activities and services
• Provide the highest level of service to members and guests
• Assist in the marketing of new members and membership retention
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop personnel
• Instruct and build the junior and ladies golf programs
• Enhance player development through instruction, player development programs and clinics to all skill levels
• Manage the purchasing, displaying, and selling of golf merchandise
• Organize, promote, and conduct successful member tournaments and outings
• Work closely with the board of directors and committees to build overall success of Beau Pre' Country Club.

Qualifications:
• PGA Class A Member or Apprentice in good standing required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities
• Outstanding marketing skills
• Excellent business management and computer skills
• Experience in all aspects of successful private club golf operations
• Prior Head Professional experience preferred
• Playing golf with all segments of membership and skill levels
• Proven record of providing superior member service and staff training and development

This is a year round position and will begin as soon as possible after the hiring process is completed.

Compensation/ Benefits:
The compensation package will include the following components:
• Salary of $48,000-$56,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
• 100% of lesson income
