Position Overview:

Meadow Lake Golf Club is seeking an experienced or promising General Manager/Head Professional to oversee our club operations. This role includes the option to own and manage the golf shop, with historical gross sales just over $50,000.

Experience Required

• Management Experience or Equivalent Training/Education
• Familiarity with Financial Accounting
• Strong Team Building Skills
• Proficiency with Computer Systems (POS, Email Marketing, Social Media)
• Golf Experience

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and managerial operations of Club facilities and staff.
• Promote growth and activities within the Club community.
• Manage all Club services, including golf and food and beverage services.
• Lead Club employees to maintain a respectful and effective working environment.
• Maintain and enhance the Club's golf pro shop.
• Engage with patrons daily and implement improvements based on their feedback.
• Resolve patron complaints with appropriate actions.
• Assist patrons with golfing needs and offer educational guidance.
• Monitor Club operations and report to the Board of Directors on various aspects.
• Develop staff schedules and manage successful Club events execution.
• Cultivate a program offering that enhances the Club's reputation and supports a family-friendly environment year-round.
• Coordinate public relations and marketing efforts, including social media, facility rentals, events, and membership drives.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
