Flagstaff Surgical Associates (FSA) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-E1igible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established practice as an Independent Contractor. This role offers autonomy, predictable scheduling, and strong earning potential through a profit -share model—all in the highly desirable mountain community of Flagstaff, Arizona.

About the Role

As a contracted Gastroenterologist with FSA, you will provide outpatient clinic services and perform endoscopic procedures at Forest Canyon Endoscopy & Surgery Center. Enjoy the flexibility of an independent contractor model with no call responsibilities.

Schedule expectations include:

• 2 clinic days per month
• 8 endoscopy center days per month    12—14 procedures per day on average
• No call coverage
  
  

Compensation

This position features a competitive 70/30 Net Profit model:

• You receive 70% of net profit
• Paid within 10 days of month-end financial completion
• Payments released per FSA chart-completion policy

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Gastroenter010U
• Ability to maintain hospital and surgery center privileges
• Commitment to ethical and compliant medical practice
• Adherence to HIPAA and documentation requirements
  
  

Malpractice Insurance

• Minimum coverage
• FSA pays monthly malpractice premiums during contract term
• Contractor is responsible for tail coverage
