FULL-TIME ELECTRIC SUPERINTENDENT

The City of Princeton is accepting applications for a full-time Electric Superintendent to oversee the operation, maintenance, and planning of the City’s electric distribution system and 38 MW generation plant.

Responsibilities: Include supervising electric and power plant personnel, managing system operations and capital projects, administering the department budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong customer relations. Position requires leadership in safety, training, and long-range system planning.

Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal electric systems, strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting experience, and ability to respond to emergencies. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. Pre-employment: Background check, physical, and drug screening required.
