The Fixed Operations Director will oversee the efficiency and profitability of the dealership group’s service and parts departments.

Responsibilities include:

Drive productivity, profitability, and efficiency across all service and parts operations.
Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, client retention, employee relations, and overall financial performance.
Monitor and improve CSI scores, ensuring customer experiences meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer partners.
Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that supports collaboration and accountability.
