Threshold Group is looking to hire a new Finance Associate. This role will be responsible for working day-to-day on the fundraising operations for various Democratic campaigns at the Local, State, and Federal level. 

Responsibilities for this role will include:

Managing day-to-day fundraising efforts for candidates
- Working with candidates in call time.
- Staffing fundraising events and meetings for candidates.
- Interacting directly with potential donors to solicit contributions and plan fundraising events.
- Managing client databases and researching prospective donors.
- Drafting copy and event invitations.

Qualifications for this role are:
- At least one cycle of fundraising campaign experience. There will be a strong preference for candidates with prior call time experience and proficiency with NGP/ActBlue/Numero.
- Passionate about Democratic politics in New York and federally.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work long hours.
- Positive attitude and task-oriented.
