Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Call time staffing, data management, research, and prospecting
Staff call time for the candidate
Ensure databases and contact records are organized and up to date
Identify and research prospective donors
Track and execute all required follow up from calls
Other Finance Staff responsibilities
Coordinate fundraising activities with fundraising consultant and other team members
Finance Intern/Volunteer Program management (recruitment, training, management)
Thank you letter program
Staff fundraisers and prepare necessary briefing materials
Qualifications
Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for meeting with and coordinating with campaign donors
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and database experience
Prior fundraising experience strongly preferred
Must live near or be willing to relocate to New York City area

Compensation
$5500-6500 month commensurate with experience.
