Description

Daniels for Senate is hiring a field coordinator to coordinate and execute the campaign's grassroots efforts in Virginia. Pay range for this position is $1500 -2500 per month for three months based on experience.

Requirements

In this role, you will work alongside the candidate to develop a plan to oversee a voter contact program which is highly competitive. This includes petitioning, targeted outreach to high density apartment buildings, high traffic areas where you may be required to canvass door to door.  

Recruit and manage organizers and interns.

Identify, train, and manage volunteer leaders.  

Create a positive and inclusive team culture.

Track organizing goals, ensuring that they are met and exceeded by the organizing of staff.

Provide regular reports daily.
