Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage a full docket of family law cases from contract through resolution
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and consultations
- Communicate proactively with clients and provide regular status updates
- Utilize case management tools to maintain performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with practice managers to improve legal strategies and client outcomes
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the role:
- Active bar license to practice law in the State of Texas
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law litigation.
- Willingness to appear in court and advocate for clients
- Interest in mediation and client consultations
- Experience with legal software such as Clio, TxDocs, and Google Suite
- Proficient with drafting and/or verifying legal documents and discovery requests.
- Solid case strategy planning expertise.
