Experienced Business Attorneys—Seattle, Washington (Hybrid Position)

Miller Nash is looking to grow our established business & corporate team by adding an experienced individual with 12+ years of experience to our Seattle office’s key business practice.

Miller Nash’s business attorneys bring deep experience advising Pacific Northwest businesses on complex commercial and corporate transactions. We advise and counsel clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, consumer products & services, manufacturing, technology, and energy.  Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will have experience with corporate governance and transactional matters, mergers & acquisitions, securities and securities transactions, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts, as well as a passion for partnering with clients to meet their goals and providing superior client service.

Candidates must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. California, Idaho, or Oregon State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary Range: $175,000–$300,000
• Performance bonus potential based on established targets for billings, collections, and billed hours, as well as additional discretionary bonus opportunities.
