- Event Technology Implementation Manager
Description
Our Event Solutions Group is seeking interest for a talented Event Technology Implementation Manager to join the team. The position will analyze and comprehend the specifications from the Account Manager and/or Client to create and deliver event registration websites. They will understand the technical structure of our mobile event app and manage the necessary steps required to build, deliver, and support the app or onsite badging services on location.
**HYBRID ROLE - you will be required to be on campus in Edina, MN on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays**
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build registration websites utilizing the Cvent and Lenos platforms.
Project manage and build event mobile apps. Travel on location to support delivery and assist event participates activate their app.
Project manage and build onsite badging solution. Travel on location to support delivery and assist event participants print badges.
Provide quality assurance testing for registration website, survey, and mobile applications.
Provide support for Project Managers, Account Managers and onsite staff regarding the building of the registration and survey sites as well as the mobile application.
Document best practices and work with the Delivery Manager to create basic templates for registration and survey sites.
Make minor changes to event websites on the EngageNGo!™ platform using HTML.
Requirements
Experience and Required Skills:
Prior Event Delivery Experience.
Proven experience using industry leading tools to deliver registration and survey web sites.
Experience following a structured QA process.
College degree preferred -- Business or Technology.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Technical Aptitude and logical processor.
Organization and attention to detail.
Creative approach to problem solving.
Strong skills with Excel and other MS Office products.
Knowledge with the Cvent platform is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
A basic understanding of HTML.
Exposure to sound quality assurance processes.
Ability to travel up to 35%.
