Description
OverviewMobile Golf Events is seeking PGA Members, Associates, and experienced golfers in Georgia, Wisconsin & Illinois to join our Coaching & Event Experience Team as Independent Contractors (1099). You'll assist with operations and coaching at select events in the Southeast and Midwest.
Since 2015, MGE has delivered premium mobile golf simulator experiences for corporate events, country clubs, trade shows, and private clients throughout the Southeast, Midwest Eastern U.S. Our signature experiences are professionally staffed and coaching-driven.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, event-based role assisting with simulator setup, execution, and guest engagement. Team members serve as the face of MGE at events and are responsible for creating a first-class golf experience for players of all skill levels - including beginners.
Compensation averages about $40/hour and rates range from $20-$60 per hour depending on activities.

MGE currently executes about 50 events annually, with continued growth planned. Contractors who contribute to business development and event growth may receive additional commission compensation opportunities.

Experience Required
- PGA Member or Associate preferred
- 3+ years of golf industry experience
- Comfortable teaching golfers of all abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technology comfort (simulators, launch monitors, basic CRM/tools)
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel (some overnight events required)

- Load-in, setup, calibration, and breakdown of simulator equipment.
- Lead various contest activations and
- Provide instructional coaching in a fast-paced event environment
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and client engagement
- Represent MGE with professionalism and energy
This position requires manual labor and physical stamina. Load-in/load-out and simulator setup does involve some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs), prolonged standing, and physically demanding work during the setup and tear down of the simulators. Please do not apply if you are unable to handle this level of physical effort.
