The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who builds efficiently, thinks pragmatically, and ships high-quality code in modern environments. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to production systems while continuously improving how we build, test, and deploy software.

This role values engineers who are comfortable leveraging modern tooling—including AI-assisted development—without losing sight of fundamentals like clean code, testing discipline, and maintainability.

What You'll Do

Build & Deliver

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade applications using .NET Core or Python.

• Deliver features end-to-end, from implementation through testing and deployment.

• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code that others can easily extend.

Quality & Reliability

• Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure system reliability.

• Use modern tooling to improve test coverage, reduce regression risk, and surface issues early.

• Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, performance, and security.

DevOps & Deployment

• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and deployment workflows (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD pipelines).

• Support application deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Help improve operational processes through automation and tooling enhancements.

Modern Engineering Practices

• Leverage contemporary development tools to improve speed, consistency, and code quality.

• Adapt quickly to new frameworks, libraries, and patterns as requirements evolve.

• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and platform teams to align on solutions.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (we value demonstrated capability over strict tenure).

• Experience working on real-world, production systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core or Python.

• Solid understanding of software design principles, testing strategies, and version control.

• Familiarity with cloud-native development and CI/CD workflows.

Engineering Mindset

• Comfortable working in evolving environments with changing requirements.

• Pragmatic problem-solver who balances speed with long-term maintainability.

• Strong belief that well-tested software is essential—and knows how to make testing efficient.

Modern Tooling Fluency

• Experience using developer productivity tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring, and troubleshooting.

• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve how work gets done.
