Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologists to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are hiring for both inpatient and outpatient roles and welcome motivated, compassionate physicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice 100% adult endocrinology in a hospital-employed, collaborative environment where physicians and advanced practice providers work closely together to provide comprehensive care.
In this role, you will diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances and a broad range of endocrine disorders, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes with insulin pump management. The physician will provide patient-centered care by evaluating conditions, recommending appropriate treatment options, and counseling patients on associated risks and long-term management strategies. This role includes collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams, providing inpatient consults as part of a shared call schedule, and contributing to high-quality outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Experience managing complex diabetes cases, including insulin pumps
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical technology
