Job Summary:
ITS, LLC is seeking a Docebo Admin to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. The Docebo Admin will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) in accordance with Government-approved requirements. This role supports curriculum deployment, system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and onsite student and accreditation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Configure curriculum, learning plans, user profiles, test groups, assessments, knowledge checks, and surveys based on Government-approved requirements and updates
- Deploy and manage Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and non-SCORM learning content
- Troubleshoot system issues, document findings, and properly escalate when necessary
- Create, execute, and document test scenarios related to system updates, patches, and maintenance cycles
- Support LMS testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts
- Assist onsite with student support requests and accreditation activities
- Ensure LMS configurations and content align with program requirements and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo
- Understanding of SCORM standards and online learning content deployment
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, requirements-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Government or Department of Defense training programs
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience supporting accreditation or compliance-related activities
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant LMS administration experience
Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret security clearance preferred
Salary Note:
