Description

The Director of Operations is the sole paid position with CCAN and is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CCAN. This position ensures smooth delivery of services, manages caseload and attorney-client workflow, recruits and trains volunteer attorneys, and supports organizational growth by developing effective systems, processes, and partnerships. 

The position is hybrid working mostly remotely except for training days or court hearing days.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, mission-driven, skilled at building strong relationships with volunteers, and an interest in enabling the justice system to meet justice-involved individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness where they are and enable them to achieve sustainability and break down justice-involved barriers to housing and employment.
