ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS

PROJECT: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

LOCATION: SUPERIOR, WISCONSIN

Qualifications for a Development Partner will be received by The Housing Authority of the City of Superior, Wisconsin (HA) until 2:00 p.m., local time, February 18, 2026. Qualifications must be submitted electronically, in pdf format, by email to Kate Gazunis, Interim Executive Director, Kateg@superiorhousing.org and Rhonda Berg, Confidential Office Manager, rhonda@superiorhousing.org. 

Qualification documents are available at www.superiorhousing.org. The HA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities in the RFQ process, or to terminate the RFQ process at any time, if deemed by the HA to be in its best interest. No quote shall be withdrawn 
after the closing of bids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the ultimate time set for the receipt of the proposal.
