Job Description
Bill's Battery is currently seeking full-time and part-time delivery drivers. Daily hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, no weekends. Drivers will deliver auto parts to a pre-determined group of customers. The driver should be friendly and courteous and should have the ability to work with others in a team environment.

Pay to range from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour. Benefits available for full time employees include paid vacation time, paid holidays, health care insurance, and 401k match after a vesting period.

Bill's Battery is a single location automotive parts distributor in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The Company is located on the western side of Cincinnati at 5221 Crookshank Road where it has operated since 1957. Bill's Battery primarily sells original equipment ACDelco and Motorcraft parts to local GM and Ford dealers as well as independent service centers throughout the Cincinnati area.

Duties and Requirements
The delivery driver is primarily responsible for:

• Driving company vehicle to transport parts to customers, including the loading and unloading of auto parts and supplies.
• Picking up returns, cores and auto parts from customers or outside vendors and properly documents items received.
• Retrieving customer orders from warehouse and preparing vehicles for delivery.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of company delivery vehicle.

Conditions of Employment

• Must have possessed a valid driver's license for at least three years and have a driving record which meets underwriting standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted or greater than 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must report to work in a continuous timely manner.
• Ability to work as a team member in a professional manner.
• Follow all company rules including safe driving policies and procedures and report any and all accidents / injuries immediately to management.
  Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with general public, to understand highway traffic signs & signals, to respond to officials, and to make entries on reports, logs, and records.
