Description

Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP, as a leading defense firm in New York City, is seeking several attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance coverage, Trucking, and General Liability.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in NY, NY 10005

Salary:  $140,000 - $170,000

Ideal candidates will have:

• Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Experience with depositions and preparing witnesses
• Experience with making Court Appearances
• Experience drafting motion practice and discovery demands/responses
• Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey admission is a plus).
