 Summary: Provide customer service to regional and local accounts.  Work with the accounts' corporate/regional/inside offices facilitating purchasing, delivery, billing, and general inquiry. Location: Grand Rapids, MI 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Field incoming customer support requests via phone and ServiceNow workflow Facilitate quotes for non-stock special orders, delivery & set-up orders, and large volume ordersAnswer product related questions and provide information from manufacturersOrder entryFacilitate returns and follow up on creditsFulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copiesProvide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teamsProvide information to SPR branches regarding various programs and their service requirements Competencies:CommunicationCustomer FocusDecision Making/JudgmentDelivers ResultsProductivityQualityTeamworkWork Environment/Safety Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
