Bestem Powersports has been a leader in premium motorcycle accessories distributing since 2004. We offer a very friendly work environment. We are seeking an Office Op/Customer Service at our friendly work place in Tucker, Ga. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, and daily support to the General Manager with focus on managing our online sales channels

Responsibilities:

Maintain good work attendance (Very Important)

Handle customer inquiries and service
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Managing our online sales channels including Amazon, Websites, and eBay.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Support coworkers with their tasks when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Quick learner in new fields and technologies

Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
