CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Independent Propane Company is seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Granby, Colorado office. This role is ideal for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion are essential. Basic accounting knowledge, solid computer skills, and experience working with a multi-line phone system are required.

Customer Service Representatives will receive on-the-job training to become a Dispenser Operator, which includes filling BBQ cylinders, free-standing containers, and motor vehicles. This position offers variety, stability, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established company.
