Description
Appointment: Lecturer and Coordinator of Collaborative Piano, beginning fall term, 2026, with an initial appointment of twelve months. Appointment renewable with review during the spring term. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Position is part-time at 75% FTE (full-time employment) and benefits eligible.
Responsibilities: Serve ascollaborative pianistfor graduate instrumental studentson School of Music recitals and other School events such as lessons, master classes, and studio seminars; coach instrumental students during rehearsals on aspects of interpretation andcollaboration.Collaborative duties average 20-25 hours per week during the academic year. In addition, as Coordinator of Collaborative Piano, organize schedules and repertoire for allcollaborative pianists who work with instrumentalists, including graduate piano majors, and process collaborative pianists requests from students and faculty. Position is supervised by the Deputy Deanof the School.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a collaborative pianist in an educational setting, preferably at the graduate level.Familiarity with a broad range of repertoire. Master’s degree in collaborative piano or piano performance required.
