Job locaition Manalapan, FL

Responsible for preparing, seasoning & cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts & other food items. Inspect & clean food prep. areas, such as equipment & work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe & sanitary food-handling practices. Prepare, cook & season food according to recipes. Ensure food is stored & cooked at correct temps. Regulate temp. of ovens, broilers, grills & roasters. Ensure freshness of food by checking quality, keeping track of old & new items & rotating stock. Maintain high standards of quality food production to ensure guest satisfaction. Exp. Reqd.

Must be available to work all shifts including weekends & holidays.
