Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring compliance with building and fire codes and supporting the development and implementation of regulations related to building safety and construction.

 
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on building and fire codes.
Assist in the development and revision of building and fire safety regulations.
Support regulatory enforcement and compliance monitoring activities.
Collaborate with local officials and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports and maintain regulatory documentation and records.
 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of building, fire, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and energy codes.
Experience administering or enforcing building regulations.
Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
 
Additional Requirements
Building Official certification required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to travel frequently as needed.
