Franklin Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Client Service Representative

Franklin Veterinary Clinic in Franklin, MA

$18.00 - $22.00 an hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
• Warmly greet clients and provide exceptional service
• Admit patients and handle medical records entries accurately
• Prepare patient files
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Prepare client invoices for services performed
• Handle client payment transactions
• Receive and relay telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in the veterinary or animal care field is not required, but definitely a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
• Must be a team player who is kind and caring to all staff and clients
• The ability to handle stressful situations with grace, compassion, and professionalism
• Must be reliable and punctual
