This position supports the developmental, emotional, and play needs of infants, children, youth, and families.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesAbility and willingness to interact positively with patients, family members; including working with patients with acute, chronic and complex disease process; Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently; Ability to function effectively under stress of conflicting demands and during tense and emotional situations; Must be able to set priorities and possess good organization abilities; Interpersonal skills necessary in order to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with patients, families, medical staff, community groups, and donorsDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
