Captain (PIC) – Corporate Pilot | Part 91
Location: Little Rock, AR
Operation: Part 91 Corporate Flight Department
Aircraft: Large Cabin Gulfstream (GVII platform)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain (PIC) to join an established Part 91 flight department. This position is well suited for a pilot with significant international experience who is seeking a more sustainable pace while remaining engaged in high-quality, professional operations.
International operations are conducted on a limited and planned basis. The department place a high value on professionalism, personal fit, and long-term alignment within the team.

Responsibilities
Serve as Pilot in Command for Part 91 domestic and international operations
Exercise strong aeronautical decision-making and operational risk management
Maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions
Work collaboratively within a small, relationship-driven flight department
Participate in and support the department’s Safety Management System (SMS), including hazard reporting, risk assessment, and continuous safety improvement
Participate in training, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Schedule & Lifestyle
Non-rotational schedule
Position is based in Little Rock; commuting arrangements are not supported

Requirements
Required Qualifications
ATP certificate
First-Class Medical Certificate
6,000+ hours total flight time
3,000+ hours turbine time
Substantial international PIC experience
Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility
Preferred Qualifications
GVII type rating preferred
Additional Gulfstream or large-cabin aircraft experience
Prior Part 91 corporate flight department background
Experience in higher-tempo international operations earlier in one’s career
Desire for stability, consistency, and strong departmental fit
