Flying Horse Farms is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate Seasonal Counselors to support campers with serious illnesses and their families in a medically safe, joy-filled camp environment. Seasonal Counselors play a vital role in creating meaningful, inclusive experiences—whether supporting a cabin group, leading activities, or helping bring the magic of camp to life.

What You’ll Do

• Support campers in daily activities, programs, and routines with care and enthusiasm
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for campers of all abilities
• Serve as a positive role model and collaborate closely with fellow staff and volunteers
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of camp life while prioritizing camper safety and well-being

Requirements

• 19 years of age or older
• Passion for working with children, families, and diverse communities
• Ability to be flexible, energetic, and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and fully engage in the camp experience
• Experience working with children, camps, education, healthcare, or youth programs is a plus
