Description
The role of NYS Elks Camp Bristol Camp Counselor is to provide constant supervision, enforce safety rules, know emergency procedures, and ensure camper well-being during their time at camp. Counselors are expected to plan and lead recreational, educational, and outdoor activities (e.g., swimming, hiking, arts & crafts, games), as well as be responsible for managing behavior, enforcing rules, and handling overnight routines such as bedtime, homesickness, and emergencies. Camp counselors will focus on fostering growth, fun, and a positive camp experience. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to lead with passion and inspire with purpose!
