Overview

Founded in 1900, Overbrook Golf Club has been part of the Philadelphia golf tradition for more than a century. Located on the Main Line in Villanova, the club features a classic layout recently renovated by Andrew Green, restoring strategic character while honoring its history.

What We're Seeking: Experienced caddies who take pride in their work and respect the traditions of the game. The ideal caddie understands pace of play, knows the course and the game, communicates well, and provides consistent, professional service for members and tournaments.

• Carry caddies earn $70 per bag plus gratuity, with top caddies earning $100-$120 per bag.
• Fore caddies earn $35 per bag, with earnings up to $50-$60 per bag including gratuity.

Members' caddie requirements are in effect from April 1 through November 15.

Experience Required

We are seeking experienced caddies who respect the traditions of the game and take pride in preparation, professionalism, and proper pace of play. Strong golf knowledge, reliability, and the ability to support members and tournaments at a high standard are essential.

Essential Responsibilities

• Professional carry and/or fore caddie services
• Active support of proper pace of play
• Providing yardages and course strategy
• Supporting club tournaments and special events
• Serving as a leader and mentor within the caddie yard

Benefits

Caddies in our program work within a professional, well-run environment with consistent access to regular and tournament loops. Eligible caddies also have the opportunity to play the course on most Mondays, supporting continued course knowledge.
