Practice Focus

This role supports a broad transactional practice, including:

Business transactions and general corporate matters
Real estate purchases, sales, leasing, and development
Commercial financing and lending transactions
Entity formation, governance, and operational agreements
Due diligence, drafting, and closing support for complex transactions

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant transactional experience, ideally including corporate, real estate, and/or finance matters
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Arizona Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
