Paragon Surgical Specialists, physician owned and operated multi-specialty practice, has an opportunity available for a Breast Surgeon.  Practice includes Colorectal Care, Breast Care, Surgical Oncology, Vein Care and Wound Care. 

 Position Highlights:

•         General Surgery is not required.       
•         Office is conveniently located inside the hospital. 
•         Joining group as second breast only surgeon.
•         Expanding Cancer Center affiliated with hospital.
•         Collegial team of medical and radiation oncologists; program is NAPBC-accredited.
•         Physician-led, free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center.
•         Physician designed compensation models.
•         We're growing!  A second location is coming soon to Lake Norman. 

Candidate expectations:

•         Board Certified or eligible in General Surgery.
•         Breast/Surgical Oncology Fellowship (required).
•         Have an internal drive to develop and expand a growing service line.
