Description
A fast-paced, high-end residential design-build remodeling company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a full-time, in-person Bookkeeper/Construction Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations while overseeing bookkeeping, human resources support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing functions.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and experience working in a construction office environment. Proficiency with Sage/Timberline construction software is required. Candidates must also be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting, documentation, and financial tracking.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional office environment while supporting a growing residential construction team.
