Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Bag Room Attendant / Cart Barn Attendant to join our golf operations team. This role is a key part of the member experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of care for member equipment, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the bag room and cart/dart room areas.
Key Responsibilities

Member & Guest Service

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally
• Provide bag handling, club cleaning, and storage services
• Assist with loading/unloading golf bags and equipment
• Offer proactive service and anticipate member needs

Bag Room Operations

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bag room
• Properly store, label, and care for member equipment
• Ensure accurate bag tracking and placement
• Maintain professional appearance of the facility at all times

Cart Barn Operations

• Stage, clean, and prepare carts for daily play
• Ensure carts are fully stocked and in proper working condition
• Monitor charging, fueling, and general maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dart/cart room environment

Facility Standards

• Uphold luxury service standards and club policies
• Support tournament and event operations
• Assist golf operations staff as needed
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in all work areas

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift golf bags and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous golf club or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
