What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as an Automation & Controls Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of advanced packaging and palletizing systems in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. You'll troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and sensors, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment upgrades to keep production lines running smoothly. This role partners closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, assist with installations, and maintain accurate automation documentation. If you're passionate about controls technology, safety compliance, and optimizing performance in a fast-paced setting, we want you on our team.
What You Bring
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting complex automated equipment or systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial sensors
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation controls issues
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and production management
- Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.)

Pay Range: $65,520.00-$82,940.00
