Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for small animal patients
Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Perform routine and complex surgical procedures under supervision and independently
Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and care instructions clearly to pet owners
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Collaborate with support staff to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive clinic environment
Participate in continuing education and stay current with veterinary best practices

Requirements
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Active Florida veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Strong desire to learn, grow, and absorb mentorship from an experienced practitioner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambition to one day own and operate an independent veterinary practice (preferred)
Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to patient and client care
