- Associate Attorney (environmental, asbestos, talc)
Description
This is a high-impact role within our global practice, focusing on the defense of complex product liability (environmental, asbestos, talc) and high-stakes commercial disputes. Unlike many mid-level roles that keep you behind a desk, this position offers direct "front-line" experience including depositions, hearings, and mediations.
The Essentials:
Dual Admission: Must be admitted to practice in both Florida and New York.
Experience: 2–5 years of law firm experience (Litigation).
Skillset: Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage complex document collections and court filings.
Why Clyde & Co? We offer the platform of a global powerhouse with the agility of a specialized trial team. While experience in toxic torts or commercial litigation is a plus, we prioritize candidates with exceptional writing skills and the drive to take ownership of their cases.
