The Law Office of Patrick O’Fiel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in Kerrville, Texas. This position offers immediate hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to manage cases with mentorship from an experienced attorney.

Practice Focus:
Family Law (primary focus)
Civil Litigation
Responsibilities:
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Assist with case strategy and trial preparation
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000 – $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Quarterly performance bonuses

Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
2–5 years of experience preferred, but strong newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Professional courtroom demeanor
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
